Hi there! I’m Lindsay - a Running Coach, Personal Trainer, and Registered Nurse originally from Pennsylvania. I’ve been a recreational runner since 2015, and began my self-coached running journey in the most horrendous, ill-informed way. Motivated by my mistakes, I decided to formally continue my education to learn how to become a stronger, more durable/less injured, somewhat wiser runner. In the process, I fell in love with sharing my passion for running and guiding others in their own running journeys. I have a sweet spot for coaching clients who are non-runners/beginners or novice runners reaching for a distance goal for the first time.

This comprehensive approach not only delivers short-term performance improvements but also supports long-term goals, health, and overall happiness. I am particularly dedicated to helping busy individuals optimize their training time and maintain consistency.
